EAM: Requester Comments Are Disabled For A Few Seconds When Partial Days Are Selected

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When requesting an absence, if you change the partial days setup from None to any other value, you`ll notice that the comments box will be frozen, if you`re using Internet Explorer, for approximately 5 seconds.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No freeze should be encountered.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1. Login with user/pass as <EMPLID>/<EMPLPASS>
Step 2. Go to “Employee Self Service” > Time > Request Absence. Select vacation or any other abs name
Step 3. At this moment, comments are enabled.
Step 4. At this moment, “Comments” box is enabled. Click on “Partial Days” and select an option different than “None” and push “Done”
Step 5. Indeed the comment box is frozen for ~ 5 seconds in internet explorer

Due to this issue, users using Internet Explorer will have to wait 5 seconds if they change the Partial Days option
