On : 9.2 version, Campus Self Service
In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.2, development environment, when a user attempts to create form designed without any Approver List and Activated for the user's to fill and Submit form. While Submitting the Form, user do see 'Preview Approval' button and 'Approval Status' Hyperlink. Which will tell him about the approval involved in Form if any.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create New Form in Fluid Mode without Approver List
2. Activate and Assign
3. Click on Form , Save Information
