Issue:

When an external link is configured in workcenter to open in a new window, the URL is appended by "&ICAJAXTrf=true " & causes 404 error upon click on the link from fluid workcenter
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. In PIA navigate to Enterprise Components > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Pagelets. Open any workcenter.
2. Go to Links tab - 'Other Links' Link group & add a link to an external URL with option selected to Open in New Window
3. Save and Activate Links Settings
4. Go to WorkCenter & click on the the new link to access external URL from workcenter
