On : 9.2 PUM 29 version, Billing Interface
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In PUM 29, billing interface excel upload (excel sheet) selects all fields when trying to select specific fields.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In pum 28, you can select specific fields in excel sheet. PUM 29 should behave same.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open billing excel upload sheet in pum 29 , deselect all fields then select J or F column.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select particular fields to process. It forces users to select all.
