ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Courses with a future dated subject or Academic Organization change where the effective date of the change is prior to the start of the roll to term are not being copied by the Prior Term Copy process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the courses to copy from Summer 2018 to Summer 2019.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > Course Catalog. Add a new effective date using the start of the Roll to term. Change the course subject.

2. Navigate to Roll Curriculum Data Forward > Copy Prior Term's Schedule

3. Set up the run control to copy classes from the Summer 2018 term to the Summer 2019 term.

4. Run the process. Check the Schedule of Classes and the classes with the subject change did not roll.
