AAWS Fails When the Search Match Process Finds a Duplicate Applicant (Doc ID 2470501.1)

On : 9.2 version, Integrations & Interfaces

Customer recently upgraded to CS 9.2 Image #10 (Tools 8.55.24). After doing so AAWS receives the error listed below when the Search Match process finds a similar record (SSN/Birthdate).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup AAWS and Search/Match. the least order of search rule in Search parameter should have SSN and Birthdate
1. Submit an application from AAWS (Customer's Online Interface).
2. Notice that the ID gets Created/Updated status in Constituent Staging.
3. Now create application having SSN and Birthdate as same as that of in the earlier application(Step 1)
4. Notice the error pops up after clicking on Submit Application
 Error during Application submit, Contact the Administrator (0,0)
5. Go to Constituent Staging. The Constituent Status for this new application has LOADED status.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the duplicate applications
