POI_SCRTY_VW Should Only Prompt Enabled Security Types

Currently, all Security POI Types are display when the operator is being prompted to select Security Access Type. POI_SCRTY_VW is used only as a prompt for PER_POI_SCRTY and HCI_PERPOISECVW records.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Pull up Security Set PPLPOI and Security Type 008. Uncheck the Enable checkbox and save.
    Navigation: Set Up HCM > Security > Core Row Level Security > Security Access Type
  2. Pull up Person ID L0W136. Click on the Security Access Type drop down.
    Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Organizational Relationships > Maintain POI Relationship > Maintain POI Relationship
  3. The INSTITUTION Security Access type is in the drop down, even though it is not enabled.
