Create EFT Payment File THA got incorrect syntax error in MSS DB

ERROR:
=======
Return: 8605 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'EXISTS'.
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The batch could not be analyzed because of compile errors. (SQLSTATE 37000) 11501

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payment Processing > Create EFT Payment File THA
2.Run the EFT Payment File THA process
