Audit Service Indicator DateTime Incorrect using Mass Assign (Doc ID 2471828.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using Mass Assign, in the service indicator audit record, AUDIT_SRVC_IND, the date/time stamp SRVC_IND_DTTM does not always match the corresponding field on the service indicator table, SRVC_IND_DATA.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The service indicator date/time stamp (SRVC_IND_DTTM) data should be the same on both AUDIT_SRVC_IND and SRVC_IND_DATA records.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicators (Student) > Mass Assign and and run process (SCC_SI_ASSN) for a service indicator.SCC_ORG_ASSN (org) app engine to apply the service indicator
2. Navigate to Audit Service Indicators and review the DateTime field value.
3. Navigate to Manage Service Indicators and review the Service Indicator Date Time field.

OR

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicators > Organization > Mass Assign and and run process (SCC_ORG_ASSN) for a service indicator.
2. Navigate to Audit Service Indicators Org and review the DateTime field value.
3. Navigate to Manage Service Indicators Org and review the Service Indicator Date Time field.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot join the primary record - SRVC_IND_DATA - to the audit record - AUDIT_SRVC_IND - and get reliable results.
