Interview Evaluation Reject Reason Codes Only Append New Values But Don't Update The Existing Values

Interview Evaluation Reject Reason Codes only append new values but don't update the existing values
HCM 9.2.25 PT 8.55.20
Application Package people code at - HRS_APPLICANT_TRACKING.HRS_INTERVIEWS.UI.EvaluationDefinitionUI, method – loadRecommendationReasonsScroll, which loads the page - interview evaluation template reasons , updates only the last row.
The code is written such a way that, it will append only the new values from the Statuses and Reasons page to the evaluation template reasons page.
Since the loop starts from the last row of the evaluation template reasons page, we can update the description of the last row, but not the previous ones.
Expect that data updated in Setup HCM > Product* > Recruiting> Statuses and Reasons> Recruitment Area X > Status > Reasons
will be seen under Setup HCM > Product* > Recruiting> Templates > Interview Evaluation Templates > 1000 > Recruitment Area X > Status > Reasons
1. Login as PS with PeopleSoft Admin Role
2. go to Setup HCM > Product* > Recruiting> Statuses and Reasons> Recruitment Area 5-Interview>Status Cd 110 Reject
3. Update delivered Reason code descriptions: ADD the following text to each description. Save
010 - Insufficient Experien - KZTEST
020 - Insufficient Skills - KZTEST
Note that this one in the customer screenshot is not delivered:
030 - Poor Interview
4. Clear middle tier cache.
5. Verify the Reason codes selection in Interview Evaluation Template Navigation were updated with the change.
Setup HCM > Product* > Recruiting> Templates > Interview Evaluation Templates > 1000 > Click Reject Reasons and verify that the 2 reasons Descriptions match the Statuses and Reasons Descriptions as updated.
Result: Find that only the last reason has been updated in the data available for selection for Templates in Component HRS_INT_EVL_DFN Page HRS_INTEVL_RSN_SEC.
