Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Define Allocation Step not able to retrieve newly created Tree Node

Users created new Tree Node from Tree Manager. Then in Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Define Allocation Step - Pool tab, users cannot retrieve the newly created node from the lookup prompt. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tree value should be able to be added to the allocation step

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Tree Manager Add a new effective date value to the Tree for operating unit.
2. Navigate to Allocations>Define and Perform Allocations> Define Allocation Step > Click Pool Tab
3. Look up tree value created in step 1
