Symptoms
After applying CS 9.0 Bundle 51 or 9.2 PI11, the Transaction Management Process (SCC_SL_SMSET) is failing with the following error:

Process 6521854 ABENDED at Step SCC_SL_SMSET.DynRule.Step01 (SQL) -- RC = 936
Steps:
1. Navigate to Student Recruiting > Prospect/Admission Data Mgmt > Transaction Management Process.
2. Run the process SCC_SL_SMSET and it will error.
Changes
In Bundle 51, a new process, SCC_SL_SMSET, replaces the older processes SAD_SL_SMP and SCC_SL_SMP for search/match/post transaction processing via component SCC_SL_SMP. SCC_SL_SMSET also replaces jobs SADEIPSL and SCCEIPSL because it also publishes active messages directly.
