EGL 9.2: Ability To Unpost Journals To Closed Period When Allow Different Unpost Date is Selected

Goal
Journal Unpost allows unposting to closed period when Allow Different Unpost Date is selected for the BU. The Process checkbox on the Mark Journals for Unposting page should be disabled if the unpost period is not open for the business unit.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Allow Different Unpost Date on GL BU Definition
2. Create and post Journal for period 6
3. Close period 6 for default and Unpost (DEF & UNP transaction types)
4. Go to Mark Journals for Unposting and set unpost date to Per 7
5. Click on Journal ID hyperlink to view the journal detail and hit Return
6. Process checkbox can now be selected
7. Select and click Unpost Selected Journal
8. Clear BU field from run control if Journal is InterUnit and Run
9. Unpost journal generated to Per 6 and Posted to Per 7
