Symptoms
Process Asynchronous Data fails with error message.
ERROR
Page Data inconsistent with Database.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Learner enrolled in Parent Program and the nested Program
2. Ensure HR and ELM integration set up for Service Operation Workforce_Sync
3. Terminate Learner in HR and WORKFORCE_SYNC message triggered and receives done status in ELM.
4. Log in as the Administrator and run the Process Asynchronous Data and status is No Success
