Symptoms

On : 8.56.05 version, MCFOutboundEmail, Transport Layer Security (TLS)

When attempting to use Oracle Cloud's FastConnect which requires TLSv1.2 for outbound mail security, the following errors occur.

From SMTPMM_D.log


2.. Log into PIA and navigate to PeopeTools, Process Scheduler, Process Monitor, and press the Notify button, enter your email address in the To and press OK.

3. Go to the Application Server's Logs directory and gather the SMTPM_D.log and the APPSRV_MMDD.LOG files to see the errors.
