Symptoms



Issue 
---------------
When a user navigates to Workflow Inquiry, then looks up a transaction and clicks Update Status, then clicks Return to Search, they are not returned to the original Workflow Inquiry page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Admin->Self Service Transactions->Workflow Enquiry
2. Look up a transaction by entering the required data and clicking on search.
3.For any of the transaction ,click on Update Status.
4.On the subsequent transaction page ,click on Return to search.
5.The search page opened is different from the one initially encountered while opening the workflow inquiry page.
