E-PTF: PTF Playback on Windows 10 Failed with "There was an error trying to Click the image id=PTNUI_MRU_ICN$0" (Doc ID 2474537.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)

A test was recorded to update the email address in a user profile (navigation: PeopleTools->Maintain Security->User Profiles): type in the full user profile, the user profile page is retrieved, click the link to edit the email address, edit the email address and then save. The recording completed without any errors. When playing back, the PTF tool is able to go to the User Profile search page but is unable to retrieve the page corresponding to the user profile. The following are the error details:

The Test log shows the following error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access PTF
2. Record a test to change the user profile's email address
3. Play back the test
