Terminated Managers appear on the My Team Tile

Symptoms
Terminated managers are still displayed in My Team Tile after HR_DRPT_BLD process is run. The process usually deletes all inactive employees from these tables. However the process is not deleting the inactive managers.
Terminated Managers should not be displayed in My Team Tile.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service -> My Team Tile
2. Terminated / Inactive Managers are displayed
