ELM 9.2 - When Learner Launches SCORM 1.2 Content in Chrome Browser from Non-Production Environment, Receive an Error Message - Unable to Acquire LMS (Doc ID 2475055.1)

Symptoms

When Learner launches SCORM 1.2 Content in Chrome Browser from non-Production Environment, receive an error message but Content launches as expected in Internet Explorer (IE). 


Error Message: 

 Unable to acquire LMS

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Open Chrome browser
2. Log in as a Learner enroll and launch content from My Learning Page.  Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Learning > My Learning 
3. click Launch link on Table of Contents page, receive error message - Unable to acquire LMS
