RAFam (Report is for federal administration) is incorrect. Early students: End of admissibility date is wrong by one month

Early students are children under 16 years that already started their professional or high school studies (out of the obligatiory school program). The child allowance of type education is paid for them using CH_CA_22 or CH_CA_23 (3rd+ child) elements .
After the month of their 16th birthday, they count for normal students and element CH_CA_20 or CH_CA_21 (3rd+ child) is then calculated. => this works correctly in the payroll application.
The RAFam file should reflect the same rule. In the RAFam file an « end of admissibility date » needs to be mentioned. When there is not a such date from any entered date in the screen, the program needs to calculate this date. Here is an error in the calculation. The « end of admissibility date » is one month too late.
The error continues in consequence with a one month too late start for the normal student allowance (type 20/21).
