On : 9.2 version, Tax - Excise/Sales/VAT
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BI_LINE_TAX_DTL.TAX_AMT field is rounding to two decimals which appears to be causing the difference of .05.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As line amount is 3 decimal then sales tax should be 3 decimal.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a bill with multiple bill line with amount with 3 decimal and sales tax should get calculated to 2 decimal which is causing difference of 0.05.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, difference in total amount by few pennies occurs.
