Administrator Comments Are Not Getting Saved In GSS Transactions

The GSS Terminate Employee page is not saving the administrator comments.
1.Login as an Administrator and Navigate to Main Menu ~ Setup HCM ~ Common Definitions ~ Self Service ~ Workflow Configurations
2.Uncheck Approvals for HR_TERMINATE
3.Navigate to Main Menu ~ Manager Self Service ~ Job and Personal Information ~ Terminate Employee
4.Select any Employee
5.Select some reason and click next.
6.Enter some comments and Click Submit
7.Navigate to Main Menu ~ Workforce Administration ~ Self Service transactions ~ Guided Self Service requests
8.Search for the requested transaction.
9.Enter some comments in the Comment Box and Proceed with 'Save'
10.Note that the Administrator Comments are not displayed
