Requisition Line Comments are Not Retained After Copy Requisition (Doc ID 2476761.1)

Symptoms


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Log in as User 
2. Navigate to eProcurement > Requisition 
3. Add 3 special request items, checkout and add line 1 comments. 
4. Save and submit the Req. 
5. Go to Manage Requisition and copy the requisition created above. 
6. Edit the copied requisition and click on line 1 description. 
7. Remove additional comments then apply. 
8. On Checkout - Review and Submit page line 1 comments are available. 
9. Save and Submit the requisition. 
10. Go to Manage Requisition and edit the req, Notice that the line comments are not retained.
