Symptoms
Same heading being repeated and not in compliance with Accessibility Ontario Disability Act - WCAG 2.4.6 criteria.
Expected result: There should not be duplicate heading (on different page)
Actual Result: Non-Personal Profiles heading is displayed in 2 different Pages
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate through Main Menu > Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Non-Profiles > Add Profile
