BAX Transfer creating interunit transactions with inactive internal bank and no path between the two.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Internal Banks to be used for BAX transfer to be inactive
2. Enter Bank Account Transfer (BAX).
- BAX transfer is allowed with only a warning and not an error.
