On eBenefits, When the Calculation Rule Table, Age as of Date is set to "Initial Coverage Date", no rate shows on the eBenefits enrollment page for Life plans that are specified at the employee level.
If check date is used, it shows up properly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare an OE event for an employee
2. Log in as employee and select Supplemental Life
3. Select the plan that coverage is specified at the employee record
No per pay period costs are displayed.
