E-CLOUD: Provisioning Evironment Fails On Mapping Drive To The Fileserver (Doc ID 2477586.1)

Symptoms

On : Image Provisioning

When attempting to provision a PUM environment with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager , the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
DEBUG Execution of remote script on Windows Cloud Instance [<WINDOWS INSTANCE NAME>] is Complete, StdOut [Using passed in Log File [C:\cloud_setup_win.log]
Failed to map Drive [FILESERVER] to [\\<FILESERVER IP ADDRESS>\cloud]], StdError: [New-PSDrive : The specified drive root "\\<FILESERVER IP ADDRESS>\cloud" either does not
exist, or it is not a folder.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the provisioning process for a new PUM instance.
2. Error occurs and is visible in the out.log.
