Hiring Manager can see Job Opening through Search Job Opening but cannot view the same JO in Browse Job Opening (Doc ID 2478289.1)

On : 9.2 version, Job/Applicant Index/ES


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------

Hiring Manager can see current jobs in Search Job Openings but not in Browse Job Openings.
 
 Hiring managers have access to both Search and Browse.

 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Hiring Manager to see current Jobs in Search Job Openings and Browse Job Openings.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Hiring manager
2. Go to Recruiting>Search Job Opening
3. Can see earlier created JO = 'JO ID'
4. Go to Recruiting>Browse Job Opening
5. Check whether you can see JO = 'JO ID'
6. Job Opening does not show up.
