Symptoms

When a user attempts to update personal data such as Addresses / Names / Phone Numbers / Email Addresses through student self service, the following errors occur:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as Student.
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Addresses.
  3. Attempt to add or change address.
