E-PORTAL : Global search displays Content references from Hidden Folders (Doc ID 2479048.1)

Symptoms

Customer has hidden some folder from Portal navigation by enabling the "Hide From Portal navigation" in the cref administration page for the Folder. However when searching from the Global Search the crefs under the Hideen Folder still show up in the search results.
