Cloud manager issue

When the PeopleSoft environment is deployed by the Cloud Manager <subnet> is used. Later the authentication domain is changed to customer specific but customer specific URL does not show in the Cloud
Manager instance page.  However, if the authentication domain ends with <subnet>, then it shows up in cloud manager instances page. Cloud manager only expects the authentication domain for PeopleSoft web
server setup with domain name ending with <subnet>

PeopleSoft environment configured with customer specific URL with the authentication domain should show up in the Cloud Manager instances list.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PeopleSoft environment with Cloud Manager
2. In Cloud Manger , change the default authentication domain to a customer specific

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login into PIA using the new specific URL after the authentication domain is changed.
