Job Agent Email Deep Link To A Job Opening No Longer Posted Errors For An Internal Applicant (Doc ID 2479426.1)

Symptoms

If an employee have a job agent setup and receive an email for a job posted, if employee wait until the job is no longer posted to click the deep link then getting an error "Your user profile has no employee id". The issue is that the internal applicant is not automatically "logged in" to the internal candidate gateway.



ERROR
-----------------------
Your user profile has no employee id. Candidate Gateway cannot be accessed from the menu without this Employee ID. Contact your system administrator and have them provide an Employee ID for your User profile.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into DEMO
2.Main Menu -> Recruiting > Search Job Openings > find an Internal Job
3. Build the deep link for the job opening using Job Agent process
Main Menu -> Recruiting -> Administration -> Run Job Search Agent
4.Add Remove Date for Job Opening and Save
5.Run Schedule Search Index process for Job Posting to remove
Main Menu -> PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Administration -> Schedule
Search Index -> Select HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING
6.When clicking on the Job opening deep-link ,getting the error.
