Accessibility Issue with Ethnic Groups on Fluid Mobile (Doc ID 2479429.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information


When using Accessibility mode with the Fluid Desktop or Mobile, there are issues with the Ethnic Group when accessing from the Personal Details tile. The Ethnic Group page is displayed and begins to be read by the screen reader. When it is displayed, all the information is placed in a label for a button that surrounds all the ethnic group details information. This causes confusion and is hard to use because you first hear the two explanation links read before the rest of the data is read. Employee should be able to navigate among the fields and have it all read as expected. They have to go into the edit mode - Edit button at the top to be able to read that information.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Moble Device access the Personal Details Menu.
2. Click on Ehnic groups.
3. The employee hears Explain Question 1, Explain Question 2 first.
4. Click on the Edit button to hear the rest of the page.
