Symptoms
In PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, the leave accrual calculation process is failing with the following error:

Leave Plan 5x-XXX was processed xxxx-xx-xx which is not before xxxx-xx-xx
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run the leave accrual calculation process with the Accrual Process Date of 11/29/2018 when the Last Process Date on the Plan was 11/29/2018
(Navigation: Benefits > Manage Leave Accruals > Calculate Periodic Accrual).
