Browse catalog not displaying data in fluid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Browse Catalog to return data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in and select the Manage Classes tile.
2. Select the Browse Course Catalog option.
3. Search for a keyword and no results returned.
