Symptoms

TL_ST_LOADER abends at Step TL_ST_LIB.GA000_E.Step070 (SQL) when loading time for Emplid with no job record.

STEPS

1-Run TL_ST_LOADER to try to load time for an employee who doesn't exists in Job or Employment data.

2-TL_ST_LOADER fails with above error: Process 651951 ABENDED at Step TL_ST_LIB.GA000_E.Step070 (SQL) -- RC = 1407 (108,524)

3-Navigate to Set Up HCM, then select System Administration, then select Utilities, then select Analyze Time and Labor, then select Review TCD Errors, then select Review TCD Errors  to review the error, but the error is not there
