On : CS 9 or 9.2
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When reviewing fa term data, some students were observed to be rebuilding with the fa load and units taken changed back to values from an older row, when the values had since been overridden on a newer row(s).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New FA Term rows should always be built based on the previous most current data and overrides.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
