Cannot Copy Requisition When Requester Different from Target Requester (Doc ID 2481503.1)

Qn1:What is your recommendation on Run Query Statistics? should it be deselected? what situations it should be selected?
Qn2:With Run Query Statistics ON

Cannot copy Requisition (from Manager Requisitions page ) when Requester is different from Target Requester.

1) Log in as User
2) Navigate to eProcurement > Manage Requisition search for Requisitions
3) select to copy Requisition click go, message appears as below

Invalid message while SQL transaction in process. The source requester () is different from the traget requester(POLURUR).copy?(10150,186)(2,178)

A PeopleCode program tried to issue the indicated message while an SQL cursor is open. The message is invalid because it requires user input.

Review the PeopleCode and either move the message to a place where it will be issued during user "think-time", or change the "style" so no choice is required.
