Advisement Reports Generated For Some But Not All Students With Same Career, Program and Plan (Doc ID 2481773.1)

On : 9.2 version, Academic Advisement Report

Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report

The Advisement Report is not getting created for all students when they have the same academic level, program/plan, the same number of units, and no transfer credits. One EMPLID runs successfully and the other does not. They are first year students.

This is for both the self-service user and admin user.

Replication Steps


1. Log into to Campus Solutions and navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.

2. Run the report for one student and it will produce the interactive report. Try a different student and no report is generated.
