Top Solutions In 'Search For Answers' Tile Are NOT In Order (Doc ID 2482274.1)

Top Solutions in 'Search for Answers' tile are NOT in order

Top Solutions in SetUp HCM > Product Related > Call Center > Self Service Configuration > Home Page has a 'Order' column to specify the order in which solutions will be displayed. However, when the solutions are displayed on the 'Search for Answers' tile, the order is ignored. They are displayed in ascending order of the solution id. Once you click 'View All' the solutions order as in the setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The solutions in the tile are ordered as indicated in the setup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SetUp HCM > Product Related > Call Center > Self Service Configuration > Home Page
2. In the 'Order' column, specify the order in which solutions will be displayed.
3. Check the order in the Top Solution
