ETL9.2: Can't Apply Schedule When The Last Day Of The Calendar Has A Cross Over Shift. (Doc ID 2482932.1)

Symptoms

Apply Schedule functionality does not work if last day of calendar has a cross over shift with Time sheet for next period in submitted status. 
This is causing confusion for Timekeepers and Managers as they cannot apply the schedule to reported time. 

REPLICATION STEPS 

1. Employee: KU0332 
2. Assign a schedule which has crossover shifts 
3. Hit apply schedule for the week: 12-Feb-2018 until 18-Feb-2018 and submit. 
4.  Go to Prior Week: Week: 05-Feb-2018 until 11-Feb-2018 to click on 'Apply Schedule'. 
5.  Schedule information is not populated and Apply Schedule Tab is disappearing
