Error installing CS 92 Image10 on AIX server

While trying to install CS 92 Image 10 PS_APP_HOME and PS_HOME only on AIX server using the command "psft-dpk-setup.bat --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type app_and_tools_home" an error is encountered.

 error: /psft-dpk-setup.sh: python: cannot execute.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manually created the Oracle Database on a separate server.  Does not need to be deployed by the DPK.
2. Install PeopleTools 85601 DPK for AIX
3. Remove the all files for (Tools 8.56) DPK install from the DPK_INSTALL directory
4. Download all 11 zip files from CS 92 image 10 into the same DPK_INSTALL
5. Unzipping the first file of product called CS-920-UPD-010-LNX_1of11.zip
6. Running the command "psft-dpk-setup.bat --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type app_and_tools_home"

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the installation of only the PS_APP_HOME and PS_HOME on AIX server for CS 92 image 10
