Requisition Not Getting Approved due to Compile error when Using Email Collaboration (Doc ID 2483083.1)

Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1) Configured Email collaboration using Gmail Account as repository email 
2) Create an eProcurement Requisition 
3) Submit for Approval 
4) Email is received by Approver and submits Approval Response 
5) Ran EOAWEMC process 
6) Email is processed but Requisition is not approved 
7) Approval Error Response is received 
Subject : Email Approval Process for Requisition '0000000XXX' did not complete 
Message Body: 
Unable to Approve the Requisition. The Requisition no longer requires an approval. To review the Requisition log in to PeopleSoft eProcurement system. 

8) Subscription trace shows compile errors
