Symptoms

On : HCM 9.2.25, PTools 8.56.07 version, Job / Personal Information

Search Match Import fails when there is more than one row of historical data.

When a student in Campus solutions has more than one name, address, phone number, email address or ethnicity history, the search match import fails from CS to HCM.
Campus solutions Main Menu>Workforce Administration>personal Information> Biographical>Modify a Person. If this has any historical fields greater than 1 then the import function fails in HCM.
HCM menu =Main Menu> Workforce Administration>Personal Information> Search Match Internal/External


ERROR

An error has occurred while importing the data and no ID was created. (14020,27)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Search Match Import from CS to HCM:  Enterprise Components > Integration Definitions >Initiate Processes > Full Data Publish
