EGL9.2: GL Journal Audit Log - Purged Journal Shows Wrong / Incorrect Journal Date in Purge Log (Doc ID 2483538.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
-------

After enabling GL Audit Logging for create, edit, and post events,  a journal dated 03/05/2018 was created &  posted it and reviewed it on the audit logs. Purged audit log for the journal.

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Enabled GL audit logging for creation, edit and posting of journals.
2. Created, edited and posted a journal dated 03/05/2018
3. Viewed Audit Logs for same journal
4. Purged the audit log, then viewed the Purge Log. The journal date is reported as 01/01/1900

Actual Behavior:
------------------
In purge log, journal details are shown with incorrect journal date.
The log shows the correct journal ID, but the journal date shows 01/01/1900.


Expected Behavior:
-------------------
In purge log, journal date should have been 03/05/2018
