Goal

What are the reasons that the primary Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) and prorated EFC would not be equal?

For example, it's observed that after loading ISIRs for a new aid year, many students are showing a 0 prorated Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) when the Primary efc is > 0. And sometimes even running INAS doesn't change the prorated EFC.

In other cases, the prorated EFC might be calculated, but doesn't match the primary.
