when accessing HRMS pages using workflow. if the user has turned on accessibility mode option using my preferences :
Use Standard Layout mode and access the page
from workflow link the link is not in accessibility mode, when entering a value in a field and tab out it gives "xml is invalid" message.
if navigation is used instead the workflow will show up in accessibility mode
and no error is returned.
Replicate environment in Portal 8.55.19 env configured with HR9.2 on Tools
8.55 Note ( relocation does not show the XML error experienced by the client when using IE but does display an XML error in chrome
also the page does not show up in Accessibility mode Although accessibility was set to on in the portal environment .
Replication steps :
1- log into the portal environment and check the check box for "Enable
Accessibility Mode Link
2- After logging in please past the deep link to the hr worklist :
env : ...EMPLOYEE/HRMS/w/WORKLIST?ICAction=ICViewWorklist&Menu=Worklist&Market=GBL&PanelGroupName=WORKLIST&1
3- Note that when navigating through the worklist the page is NOT inaccessibility mode (no purple highlight around the fields)
When accessibility is set in content then it does work as expected
1- log into the Hr environment first and set "enable accessibility mode at log in
2- log into the portal environment and check the check box for "Enable Accessibility Mode Link
3- After logging in please past the deep link to the hr worklist :
**This time the worklist is displayed in accessibility mode.
Note issue not experienced when testing in with portal and content on 8.56
Workflow page should show up with accessibility mode enabled and there should be no errors on modifying filed values.
