ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payment Worksheets are timing out after spinning for a long time when navigating to Update Worksheet page. This happens when clicking the Build button on a Payment Worksheet, in addition to when navigating straight to the Update Worksheet page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payment worksheet should not get timed out after being navigated to Update worksheet page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1st Issue - Accounts Receivable > Payments > Apply Payments > Update Worksheet and click Search - It goes into time out issues
2nd Issue - 1) Navigate to FSCM>Accounts Receivable>Payments>Apply Payments>Create Worksheet, and select an existing Payment Worksheet from the search results.
2)Click the Build button at the first page of the worksheet. It also has performance issues.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on payment worksheets.
Changes
The Dispute Item page link on the Payment Worksheet page has been modified to avoid a performance issue on the load of the Payment Worksheet page.
