When a Chartfield has already defined attributes and needed to be updated , chartfield value prompt error occurs.
Error:
------
"There Are No Prompt Values Currently Available For This Field. (4,4)"
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Open ChartField Operating unit to attach Attributes
2. Click on Attributes Link
3. Fill Attribute
4. Open Request ChartField in Update Mode
5. Enter Tree Information and Save
6. Click on Attributes Link
7. Click on ChartField Attribute Value Prompt
8. Error Occurred
