An error occurs when the Entry Event option for GL in the installation options is set to "No EE".
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Set Entry Event to GL to "No EE".
2. Open the GL Business Unit Management Screen from the fluid homepage.
3. Copy an existing business unit (e.g. US001)
4. Set the four first questionnaire answers to "No".
5. Fill in the Basic Information and Ledgers for a Unit pages
6. Fill in the Ledger Options. When you access the "Commitment Control Options" page, you'll get the error listed above.
